I created a course in Rise 360. Within one of the course blocks I added a video, but in the end I decided to change it for another video with a lower weight. The problem is that the weight of the SCORM package remains the same with one video or another. Why hasn't the weight of the SCORM package been modified if the content is different?
I tried replicating the behavior in a new Rise 360 course by adding a video block, publishing the course, and then repeating the same process after replacing the video and I was able to observe the file size change in my published outputs.
As a troubleshooting step, try deleting the video block in your course instead of replacing the video to see if this helps. You can also try duplicating your course via the dashboard after switching the video.
If the issue persists and the file size of the published output still doesn't change, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
