Hello, I have a problem with the progress of my scorm, the user when executing the scorm can work it and advance without problems, but when closing and opening again, the scorm appears without the progress saved. It is implemented in moodle and occurs only with some users.
Hi Pablo! Thanks for reaching and sharing that your learners aren't resuming properly in Moodle.
Was this course published for SCORM 1.2? You may want to try publishing this for SCORM 2004 which has a higher suspend data limit, you can find more details about this here.
You can also try testing this at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
Hello, I have the same problem for 5 days (moodle, scorm 2004, classic player). The new updated version of the articulate doesn't save what you visited in the course (the scorm appears without the progress saved).
It sounds like you're using Storyline since you mentioned the classic player. Please share your LMS output file with us by clicking here, and we'll test it from our side to be sure it's resuming properly.
