Screen reader - unable to proceed through multiple choice questions without being sent back to top of page

A couple of colleagues who use a JAWS screen reader have reported that they're unable to navigate through Rise modules containing multiple choice questions - they input their question response, get the answer & when they try to proceed they're sent back to the top of the page, only to have to navigate down to find the next question. They've navigated this Rise feature in the past with no problems. We've not changed the way we've built the learning, in fact, one of the courses was the same content that the learner completed this time last year. Has something changed in the Rise 'make up' that may be causing this problem?  It's making learning that was previously accessible, inaccessible. Thanks.
