We are trying to make a Rise course where the employes choice their own department.
In the course we have several departments that can be choiced and taken to their own department training. After every department we want to have an exam for the department training. After their own exam they are moved to a summery and thereafter to a total summery page before completing the course.
In department 1 everything is OK.
But when we are testing in department 2 we cant move on since the exam in department 1 is not taken and shall not be taken.
It sounds like your Rise 360 course contains multiple quizzes, but Rise can only send one quiz score to your LMS. Since you can only track one quiz, you may want to consider creating a separate Rise 360 course for each department.
Do you have the option to create this course in Storyline 360 instead of Rise 360? Storyline 360 offers fully customizable navigation, as well as greater flexibility for tracking completion. You can even let Storyline keep track of multiple quizzes and send results to your LMS for the first quiz each learner completes.
