Sharing all courses across multiple seats within the same Teams account?

Hi! I have a question about sharing courses across multiple "seats" within the same Teams account. 

I would like one of our users to be able to see/download all courses that all users have created, including users who are still active.  Is there a way to do this without following the share process described here for each individual course?  The user in question is already listed as an admin, but I don't see a way for them to view other users' work.

Apologies if I've overlooked previous guidance on this, and thanks!

    Hi Mary,

    Course Collaborators must be added by the Course Owner to each individual course, by entering the email address of each person.

    I just did this today for a new team member. Slow process.

    Thanks, Karl.  I kept thinking there must be an easy way that I was missing-- appreciate the confirmation that there isn't!
