Skip a lesson based on the learner role

Hi all,

We are creating a course in Rise. In this course one particular lesson we want to be visible only if the learner role is that of a manager. If the learner is an individual team member then they should be allowed to skip the lesson and move to the next one. We tried using button, giving the learner to skip to next lesson , but in that case the lesson being skipped is shown incomplete.. please suggest how we can achieve this in rise
