I have dublicated a Rise course, and within that course there was a Storyline block containing a quiz. the dublicated course has a new name, but it will not register the user as completed, although the quiz is completed.
the two courses has the same settings in the lms and the original course is working fine. What can be the possible issue here/solution?
Hi there, Anne! Did you upload a duplicate copy of your course or did you duplicate your course within your LMS? If you duplicated your course in your LMS, can you try the first option (upload a duplicate copy of your course) to see if you get the same error? If the problem only happens in the course you duplicated in your LMS, it will be a good idea to report this issue to your LMS.
