Something went wrong" Messaging add the first block and accessing courses

Hi There, 

Every time I attempt to add a block or review my course I am setting the error "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists."

Troubleshooting: 

- logged out and back into Rise 360

- deleted original lesson, created a new lesson and tried to add a block

- deleted the course, created net new and went through the same steps - same issue

- duplicated the course and tried to add a block

- tried to access and update lessons on existing courses, issue persists. 

 

Kindly advise how to proceed.
