Dear Articulate Rise team, I found a strange error when received a course copy from another Author. When tried to open the question bank, Edit button is restricted and i am unable to open and edit the question bank. Is this how Rise file behave when transferred from another author. Please suggest.
If the course author is on your Articulate 360 team, you can ask them to share the question bank with you. If they aren't on your team, you won't be able to edit that question bank.
