Specific Brightspace Daylight Issue

Hi,
I created a course in Rise and then tried to export the course using LMS and SCORM 1.2 settings. When the process is completed and I go to the content, I only see two stacked ReadSpeaker icons and no access to the course in the LMS. I tried to accomplish the same thing using SL360 and seemed to have a slightly better fortune but I always see the 3 pulsating dots as if the lesson is loading and it never goes away.
Is there anything I am missing in the export process? I tried following the steps which seem simple enough.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm not familiar with that LMS, but I'd be happy to help you out.
My first question is do you experience the same issue when uploading the content to SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
That will help us decide the next steps.
I signed up for a trial account and it will not allow courses larger than 100MB.
Hi Roger,
SCORM Cloud does limit the free trial to courses of that size, but if your course is much larger than that we're happy to test in our own SCORM Cloud account too. If you'd like to share the .story file with our Support Engineers they'll publish, upload and share back with you to help with testing.
