I am super confused on a course with closed captions. When I create a course in RISE with the VTT file and test it, the course works great with the CC. When I export it and upload it to my LMS the CC does not show....
Oddly enough, I rebuilt the course in storyline, exported it to the LMS and the closed captions show.
Is there something I am missing in the RISE export process vs storyline.
I'm sorry to hear that the closed captions in Rise does not show when you upload to your LMS.
I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same.
SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.
