Storyline Block in Rise - Black Border

After updating to the latest version of Storyline, and publishing to Review, when viewing a Storyline block I'm getting a black border above and below. 

I just reverted back to the previous version of Storyline, republished and it's gone. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi Gavin! I tried to replicate this but my Storyline block looks normal and I am not getting a black border.

    I see that Sheila, one of our technical support engineers, is handling your case, 02859109.  She just replied back to ask you for some more information.
