Hi Kristen,
So sorry to hear that you are encountering this. Our team is still working on this issue. We'll update this thread once we make any changes. Thanks for letting us know!
We have a workaround while waiting for this to be fixed - you can add a Continue divider before the Storyline block. Please check out this video for the workaround. Hope this helps you!
Hi Hazel,
Thanks for your reply. I just tried to add the continue divider, however, it doesn't really work. Could you please help me with this?
Hi Kristen,
Great question! I understand the continue divider you added isn't working. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening!
Would you be willing to share your course so we can troubleshoot? Here are the steps to do that.
Thanks for reaching out and I look forward to your response!
Thank you, John, just send it through :)
Hi Kristen,
Thanks for sending your course! I have opened a support case on your behalf. You may have seen the support email that was sent. Our support engineers will be in contact soon to help you through this issue.

I'm running the latest version of Storyline 360 and my Storyline blocks already had the player controls turned off but the SL blocks still displays as an overlay on mobile. Is there something else that I need to do to see this enhancement?
Hi Matt! I see that you are already on the latest version of Storyline 360.
Did you publish your Storyline course and embed it into Rise 360 after you updated your Storyline 360 software? Would you be able to share the link to your Rise 360 course or the Storyline project file itself so that we can take a closer look?
You may reply to this thread or upload it directly to us by opening a support case here.
Thanks for your reply, Angelo. After republishing, I was able to view the SL block correctly.
I have the latest update (today) and I'm seeing this overlay. Is this how it should look? When you click on the play icon it opens in another screen and the interaction works. Should it look different?
Hi Pamela,
The play button appears on Storyline blocks if your Storyline interaction has audio or video on the first slide. Can you try moving the audio or video to another slide?
My blocks do not have audio or video. One has a slider and the other is a drag & drop.
Hi Pamela!
Happy to jump in here!
It would be helpful to take a closer look at the .story file you used as a Rise lesson block. Would you be comfortable sharing a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
Sure, but I'm on my way out for vacation. Can I get back to you on Jan 2nd? Thanks!
Sure thing, Pamela! Thanks for the update.
Hope that you have a wonderful holiday season! We'll catch up in 2024! 🎉 😃
