I am currently working in Rise, and I have noticed a problem with my Storyline interactions when viewed on an iPad. I published a SL module to HTML5, then added the module to an interactive block in Rise. When published to web, the storyline interaction plays, but the characters in my slides are not showing at all. Other elements are displaying and animating ok, just the characters are missing, and as this is a character based scenario, this is a big issue for me.
Thanks for responding. I am unable to share a link. It works fine in Review, so now I am thinking the issue lies with content not being uploaded fully to my web server.
Hi Dave! Does that mean you got everything sorted out? Let us know if you're still having trouble seeing the characters on the Storyline slides--we're happy to help further!

Do you have a link where we can see what's happening?
When you published the SL interaction to 360, do the characters display in Review?
Hi Tom,
Thanks for responding. I am unable to share a link. It works fine in Review, so now I am thinking the issue lies with content not being uploaded fully to my web server.
And you inserted the SL course using a Storyline block in Rise (just to be clear). Some people use iframes and the embed option.
Hi Tom, yes I did. I think the problem was with my FTP software, during upload to my web server. Some of the files wouldn't copy across straight away.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Alyssa,
All seems ok. I think it was an issue with the ftp upload.
Thanks for your help.
