Storyline not playing in RISE

I hope someone can help me with this issue since we are really starting to use the Articulate 360 Suite hot and heavy for our learning development. I created a course in Rise 360, and everything worked like a charm in the review and during the creation of the material. When I went to export the material and have it uploaded into our LMS, which we use Success Factors, everything still functioned properly except for the Storyline interaction. I exported the files in both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 4th edition (which is the preferred format choice of our Learning Services group), but neither has allowed me to access the Storyline material. All I get are the three dots like the lesson is going to load, but it never does, any advice?? I have attached a video of how the Storyline interaction is working in Review and a video of how it performs in LMS. Any help or guidance is appreciated. This is my first go at a Rise course, so I'm still very new.

I'm sorry to hear you ran into trouble here. Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?
That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
