Storyline / Rise output differences

Hi,

I have recently exported 2 xAPI courses - one created in Rise and the other from Storyline. 

There seems to be quite a few differences in the files within the zip folders between the two. Attached is screenshot of the contents of the folders side by side.

Would anyone be able to provide information on the differences between a Rise and Storyline export, even when publishing to the same specification? Or is there any documentation around this?

In a specific example, what is the difference between the index.html file from Rise and the index_lms.html file from Storyline? Do they have the same function?
