I created a short video in Storyline and uploaded to Review 360. Within the Rise course, I grabbed the video from Review but this video won't load when I've launched the course on the LMS... but 8 other videos within the same Rise course work fine. This is the screen I get (see attached). I have tried IE 11 and Chrome with the same results.

Thank you! I just re-published the Storyline video to a new URL and then added that to the Rise course and it seemed to work.
