I have a RISE course with 8 videos - 4 View only, 4 Interactive. I have imported them using Interactive/Storyline blocks from Review 360. Everything works within RISE and Storyline - until it's in our LMS (SAP SuccessFactors LMS). After the 1st Interactive video, the course crashes in the LMS and I'm kicked out of the course.
I'm sorry to hear that your course is crashing in your LMS, SAP SuccessFactors. I would suggest to troubleshoot your file SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly a support case and share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
