Hi Everyone,
Some of my students could and then couldn't access a Rise module I imported into a Blackboard Learn course. I used SCORM 1.2. Please see the screen shot below showing what they get when they click on the SCORM package. Below that is an image showing how I imported the module into the Blackboard Learn site. What have I done wrong?

Hi Gavin! I understand some of your students can access the Rise module in your Blackboard LMS and then lose their access.
Based on the screenshots you've shared, I'm curious to know if the Limit Availability option has any effect on a student's access to the course.
Have you reached out to your LMS administrator about this? I would suggest sharing these screenshots with them and seeing if they'll be able to provide feedback or a solution to your issue.
