Successful export but no email received

I successfully exported and downloaded my course once, then I made some edits and exported it again. It says the export was successful, but I am not getting the email with download file. I already made sure the email address was added to my safe list.

Any thoughts?

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out here - do you have the name/title of the course you were attempting to export? That way my team can take a look and test it as well? 

Also, did you check the downloads within your browser? When you export you'll see the email indicating it's completed, but you should also be able to find it within the downloaded files of your web browser. Double check that you're using a browser supported for Rise.

I also saw you submitted a support case, so I'll follow up with you there too!

Thanks for the follow up. The course name is MRSA and VRE Practice Update.
I checked my downloads folder and did not see it there either.

Ashley, I was using Internet Explorer 11.
It is interesting because I exported it multiple times after the initial one, and I only received that one email at 12:23.

Hi Sarah,

That would explain it! IE11 isn't supported for authoring content.

These browsers are supported for authoring Rise courses on laptop and desktop computers. Touchscreen authoring isn't supported.
