Yes, I had done that and it is English, I've gone back several time just to confirm it hasn't changed.

Thank you, Greg! You didn't do a thing wrong. That's just placeholder text for the Process block. You can replace it with the actual content you need to instruct. When you hover over the Process block, click the Edit button. You'll be able to edit the content for each step.
