I'm hoping that someone can help me as I'm very confused.
I have written a course in Rise 360 and I want to translate into another language. I've followed the below steps:
Duplicate the course
Go to setting and select translations
Select Export
The export opens in word, but when it saves it saves in 4 different files. When I try to re-import the course, it's only viewing the files that don't actually contain the content.

Once you've duplicated the course, and exported the translation file, you would need to have either a professional translation company work on the file for you, or you can use translation software that can edit these files. An example of translation software is Smartcat. Word does not have the capability of editing XLF/XLIFF files.
