I have recently created my own version of a certificate creator in storyline and embedded it into Rise for course completion, due to the nature of our company we can't host this course on our current LMS and so we have use the HTML files and add it to our "portal".
The Rise course works perfect this way however I have noticed when it reaches the embedded Storyline part of the module the screen remains blank and the learner is prompted to download a file called "story".
Does anybody have any experience with this, am I missing something obvious or is there something our IT department should be doing alongside adding the Rise HTML files (do they need to add the Storyline HTML too or is this part of the original file structure)
