The previous discussion on this topic was not helpful. I have tried to duplicate a course in Rise in both Edge and Chrome. I can click on duplicate and it appears to work, but then it doesn't actually duplicate the course.
I'm having the same issue with duplication (and so are others in my team). I think it's a bug. I've sent an email to support. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.
Edit: The workaround of emailing myself a copy worked for me. Thanks, Karin!

Also having this issue, but I was able to duplicate previously. Is there a bug or an outage going on?
I was able to use the emailed copy as a workaround, but am otherwise having the same issue.
