I am creating question pools in Rise and have some questions where the user will choose a multiple choice option to complete a blank space in a sentence.
For example: A popular holiday that falls in October is called ___________.
The "blank" line that appears seems fine in the preview, but when I export the file to LMS or PDF format, the blank line appears as dashes.
For example: A popular holiday that falls in October is called _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.
Does anyone know what may be causing this? I haven't inserted any spaces.
It looks the same in Chrome, and must display correctly in Edge regardless since that's our company's preferred browser. They aren't copied from the same file - in fact I typed them in individually in an attempt to remediate the issue.
Hi again, Libby. If it's ok, we'd like to see your SCORM package to troubleshoot on our end. We keep your content secure and delete it when we're done troubleshooting. You can attach it using this case form.
If we can't reproduce it on our end, I'd recommend having other folks in your organization test the link from your LMS as well as the PDF on their computer to start investigating some environmental possibilities on your side. Thanks!
