Unresponsive Lessons in Rise360

For Rise360 SCORM content. An issue occurs intermittently when we have learners that all use the same computer for trainings try to complete a course within the LMS. Learners report that they are given a blank or unresponsive screen when they launch the training. Something that has worked to resolve this is for the learners to clear the cache, restart the browser, and launch the training. 

Why would this be occurring? Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted before publishing?

Hi Cassie! I'm sorry to hear that your learners are encountering an issue when launching a course in your LMS.

Since you mentioned that this issue occurs intermittently, you can test your published course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS.

If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, you may need to open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. Your LMS provider may request a debug log to help identify the problem. Here's how to generate a debug log for your Rise 360 content.
