I have a rise module uploaded to our LMS. Completion is determined by passing the quiz. Right now, the quiz score will not update when the user retakes the quiz after failing.
Is there a setting in Rise that I need to select to make this happen?
Has anybody encountered and resolved this issue in the past?
Hey Rachel! Just to be sure it is an issue with the LMS, you could also try uploading your Rise output to SCORM Cloud and test there. If the score updates upon retaking the quiz in SCORM Cloud, that's telling me that there may be an LMS setting to work with to allow for another attempt.

I think you should blame the LMS. Which LMS do you use?
In most LMS you can handle multiple attempts in the SCORM settings of the uploaded module.

Brilliant idea! It works in SCORM Cloud as expected. Now I get to battle this out with the LMS peeps.
