Upload Media error message Nov 30, 2020 By Claire Flowers Good Day, I am receiving the error message "Please verify the file type is application and try again" when I try to upload both word and pdf docs. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing incorrectly? Thank you

Is this for the Multimedia > Attachment Block? Here are some things to take note of that will help: Please make sure these are in a valid format type such as .PDF or .DOCX Please make sure the file does not exceed 5 GB Please make sure the file does not have any special characters in the name If you still have trouble, can you please share a copy of your file with us for a closer look?
