Uploading images

I am trying to upload images into a course but it seems to get stuck. No error messages are appearing, I just see the spinning wheel and "Uploading..." regardless of the type of block I am using, but even after 15 minutes nothing is uploaded. This seems to have just suddenly started because previously on the same day I was able to successfully upload images (.png files). I am using the latest version of Chrome and have tried in other browsers too but get the same results. I have also tried uploading images to different courses and different images too but still the same results.
Any advice on what may be causing this?

For anyone else having this issue, I resolved this by re-saving the .png file as a .jpg file instead, then the upload worked fine.
We mostly use PNG files with no problems.

As Karl mentioned, you should be able to use PNG files without any problems. If you encounter this again in the future, do you mind sending us the image file by submitting a case with us? We'll be happy to investigate this issue for you.
