Uploading Rise course to SF LMS issues

Hello,
My client is having problems uploading their Rise course (with videos) onto the Success Factor LMS. Does anyone have any insights? The image attached is the error message that keep appearing.

The LMS doesn't like something about the zip file. It looks like it ran into a condition it doesn't know how to handle. You will need to talk with them to find out what the problem is.
