I just launched a major training module and I have heard from some users that when they select a link to a PDF I've added to Rise (to meet accessibility reqs), when they X out of the PDF, they get kicked out of the course.
Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a problem with my setup?
Hi Kim! Would you be able to share with us some more information regarding your concern? Are you using the Multimedia > Embed block to add a link to your PDF? Would you be willing to send us a copy of your course and the links to your PDF for testing? If you can, I'd suggest opening a support case here so we can dive deeper into investigating this issue.
