Vertical text alignment

Feature request for vertical alignment of text and more options for text alignment and text formats.

For instance in this image I'd like the list bullets text to be centered vertically with the bullet vs at the bottom.

I'd also like the option to reduce the extra green space. I have removed the padding in the block above, below, and in the paragraph block with the sub-bullets and it still leaves this white space.
