Aligning bullets in Rise (without using the tab button)

Hello, I am looking for suggestions/assistance in aligning bullets in Rise.

I am working on a document with multiple layers of bullets (i.e. 1/ 1.1/1.1.1/1.1.1.1). Because the bullets are custom numbers, I am using the text feature, not the list feature.

Currently, I am using the tab button and space bar to perfect the alignment of my layers of bullets. Is there an easier/faster way to format bullets so they are aligned properly?

Hi,

Some of our courses have the same issues.

There is no easy way to do this kind of formatting.

We quickly learned not to try and apply complex formatting in a single text block.

Instead we ended up using many, many text blocks, quite often we would have only one sentence per block.

We also found that using the Indent control on the text formatting toolbar gave better results than using spaces.

Realize that no matter what you do, because of the formatting limitations of Rise, you are never going to get the formatting exactly right.
