Video frames don't appear until you scroll

A client is testing our course and the video frames don't appear at all for him within each module until he begins scrolling the page, then they fade in. I am unable to replicate this issue. Has anyone else seen this issue? I thought it could be a browser setting but he tried on two browsers with the same result. I'm not sure how to advise him and I can't fix the issue either because he is the only one having the problem with this. Thanks!

We recommend testing how your course behaves in a different LMS or webserver so you can isolate if the issue is specific to your current hosting environment. Here's how you can test your course in SCORM Cloud: 

If hosting your course in SCORM Cloud allows it to load properly for your client, you'll need to reach out to the administrator of your hosting solution so that can take a closer look at what's happening. If your client is able to replicate the behavior using the course hosted in SCORM Cloud, open a case with our support team here
