Hello, I have uploaded a video in Rise and it has been processing for over 20 minutes. I can click on the video and it will play. The problem is that when I preview the course the default video is displaying. The video still plays when in preview mode. The size of the video is well below the allowance. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Delete the video block and recreate it.
