I am trying to upload videos to multiple rise courses that I am creating. The files are less than 2 GB and I get the message "processing video" for more than 2-3 hours and videos don't get uploaded. This has been happening for past 2 weeks. Attached is a screen shot of what I see.
Hello, Deeksha! I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading your video to Rise 360. The process shouldn't take more than a minute or two, so it sounds like something isn't working quite right.
Would you be willing to share the video file with our team by opening a case? That way we can test the upload from our side. Thanks!

Thank you Crystal. I just checked my course page now, and the video is uploaded! I don't know how since when I was trying to upload it few days ago, it was giving me an error message and it never showed that it was successfully uploaded. I'll let you know if this happens again. Thank you!

Deeksha, was your issue resolved? I am having the same issue with uploading videos and blocks.

This looks like an issue with RISE 360 video upload.. is it a storage issue on the server?
Daya are you encountering the same issue in Rise? Do you also need help?
