Would you be willing to share the video file with our team by opening a case? That way we can test the upload from our side. Thanks!

Thank you Crystal. I just checked my course page now, and the video is uploaded! I don't know how since when I was trying to upload it few days ago, it was giving me an error message and it never showed that it was successfully uploaded. I'll let you know if this happens again. Thank you!
