Video vimeo Embedly cdn in frame scorm not loading

We have a course with a scorm, the content of this scorm have an embedded video vimeo in a iframe with a cdn link.
In the desktop and mobile browser it works correctly, but when we open the scorm in the mobile application we see an error where the video should be.
Message: web page not available

The scorm was created using the Articulate Rise application.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I'm really sorry the Moodle Mobile app is having trouble playing your embedded video.
Because Rise 360 output is built to look great on every device, it's officially supported only on mobile browsers. We aren't able to provide support for launching through mobile apps. I'm hoping someone from the Moodle community can help with the app!

The scorms we created earlier is work well, but the current ones don't work the embed video in the app.

We solved the problem. The vimeo link inserted in the rise must contain "player".
Example: "https://player.vimeo.com/video/00000000"
