Videos do not upload to markers in Rise

Hi,
I am uploading videos to the Rise module and the computer often gives me this message: 'There was an issue uploading. Please try again.' Eventually some of the videos do get uploaded after multiple times but some do not. It may also take about 20 minutes for each file to re-upload and there is still no guarantee that the videos is uploaded after this time. Sometimes the message comes out right away but sometimes there is no message at all - the computer may show "processing" and then when I get back to the screen, the marker is empty.
Is there a way to tackle it? Is there a limit on the file size or format to upload to the marker that I am not aware of?

and another type of problem I have just experienced with several files that the course is closing and offers me to take control and all of the uploading process is not done for those particular files. Thanks!
Hi Tamara! Sorry you're hitting these roadblocks.
The maximum file size for each video is 5 GB. Are your video files larger than 5 GB?
