Hi Michelle. Sorry to hear that your closed captions aren't appearing when you preview the course. I've created a test vtt file, and it works fine on my end. Can you try uploading the attached ChinoEarth.vtt file to your video and see if the closed captions will appear? If the closed captions from my file are appearing fine, it is possible that your vtt file isn't formatted correctly.

You can create a vtt file with Storyline 360 and then upload the vtt file into your video in Rise 360. Here's how:

  1. Upload your video into Storyline 360.
  2. Click on the video.
  3. Click on Add Captions.
  4. Click on Insert caption.
  5. Type the caption.
  6. Once you are done adding captions, you can click on Export captions.
  7. Then you can import the vtt file into your video in Rise 360.
