Our company is just switching LMS to Docebo: Built for the business of learning. Whenever I upload one of our Rise learning steps there, an error message appears of which I attached a screenshot from.
In the docebo community they tell me, that this happens frequently but nobody knows why. The step will still be uploaded correctly but has to be tested more thouroughly. I'm not happy with this answer and would like this error not to appear at all.
Does anyone of you guys work with docebo too and know, what manipulation in Rise will help, to upload SCORM packages to docebo without an error message?
