It looks like there were a few versions published around the same time - so perhaps that's what you're seeing? As I'm seeing the same comment appear on Versions 3, 4 and the current version. Without knowing the timestamp of each publish compared to the comment I can't say for certain - but if you'd like our team can take a look at this on the back end of things. Let me know and I can open up a Support case for you as they'll need to know the Articulate ID that this was published with in addition to course title.
