Link to Rise 360 takes us to a blank page

Hello. Last Friday (2nd Feb) all Articulate 360 license holders at our company were suddenly unable to access the https://360.articulate.com/rise URL.

We can reach the Articulate 360 Dashboard (https://360.articulate.com/) and can navigate to the Review 360 (https://360.articulate.com/review) and Articulate 360 Training (https://training.articulate.com/videos) landing pages from there.

But there are major issues:

1. When we click on the Rise 360 tab, we are taken to a blank screen. The page contents for https://360.articulate.com/rise don't load.
2. When we click on a course under Review 360, it doesn't load.
3. When we attempt to view a video under Articulate 360 Training, it doesn't play.

The IT team at my company have investigated the issue thoroughly over the past 7 days and have concluded the source of the issue is on the Articulate side.

Can you provide us with urgent assistance to resolve these issues please?
