I have created my first course using Rise. I've uploaded my course using Scorm 1.2 and completion of Pass/ Incomplete. I've uploaded my course to CUNA CPD and properly published my course. When I go in to view the course using Internet Explore, the course loads but no content appears. When I view the course from Firefox, the content appears. Is anyone having this issue?
If the problem persists in SCORM Cloud, we definitely want to know about that. If the problem only occurs in your LMS, you'll want to connect with your LMS support folks on that.

Hi, Did you find out the issue? I'm also having issues using RISE in ie11? I can log in and view all my courses that I have created but when I click to modify a course I can't see anything? Any advice?
Nichola - IE11 is not one of the supported browsers for authoring. But learners can view Rise courses in IE11. To view a Rise course in IE11, you have two choices.
1) Click the SHARE link at the top of the course, and then view that URL in IE11
2) Click the EXPORT link at the top of the course and and view the output in IE11.

What version of Internet Explorer are you using, Amber? Since Rise content is pure HTML5, only IE 11 will work.
I am currently using IE 11. I have also checked with my IT department and they can not figure out the problem.

Thanks for checking that out, Amber. The next step is to upload your exported SCORM 1.2 zip file to SCORM Cloud and give it a test there. That'll help to isolate whether there is a problem with your content or with your Learning Management System.
