I created a link in Rise for learners' access to the email server "Outlook." However, instead of linking to "Outlook" the link takes learners to the System's webpage. So, the link is: georgia.learning@doas.ga.gov. (which should link to "Outlook" to send an email to the learning mailbox). It works perfectly in Storyline.
How do I create a link for learners to be able to send an email in Rise? Thanks.

This is a feature that is on the radar for Rise, but it's not available yet.
I invite you to check out this workaround in the meantime :)
