How about audio volume. I have video on 90% of all my slides in the Presenter Panel and about 10% of the slides are bumpers with intro narration. I have .wav files imported into the bumper slides but the audio is very low and scratchy, any thoughts?
Hi Ashley, raising levels from the editor only causes distortion. I am rebuilding the entire project. Though legacy projects from 09 can be open in 13 it does not bring in any of the videos assets, this is far from efficient but it seems that is the way it is unless I'm missing something?
Interesting thing is that when I preview a selection of slides all works very nicely and the quality of video and audio is solid as it should be but when published to a number of output selections including even CD the video is substantially degraded and that is very disappointing.
Hi Ashley, getting very frustrated on this end. I just re-encodedall my video clips including the Bumper Intros and reinserted them into aStudio 13 Articulate Presentation. Reviewed all slides in Preview mode withgreat success.
I choose Publish and then upon completion review the project byselecting the Preview Box and once again no Audio in the Bumpers Slides. TheBumper Slides are no different that the slides the Doctor is narrating too inthe package and all the parameters are the same. This is very disappointing andI really need a solution. I’m not a hobbyist, I am paid to create these modulewith perfection as in Studio 09 for my clients and it’s just not happening.
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, and I certainly understand the frustration. How are you publishing the course and viewing the output? It may be best at this point to have you create a Presenter package and share it with us here so that we can fully test your files and see what is happening with the audio. There will be a space where you can include a link to this forum thread as well, and you'll want to describe fully the steps you've already taken to try and solve it and then we'll work with you from there.

Hi Gordo,
Have you tried to change the volume level from within the Presenter audio editor, as shown below and in this article?

Any thoughts from your side?
