You didn't mention any, but if you have included SWF files in your presentations, you might consider using one of the following custom pre-loaders to improve playback:
There seems to be several preloader options available for articulate. As far as I can tell, these preloaders, once installed are placed in the logo panel. If this is the case will the preloader work if the there if the course was published with a logo?

To improve the download time for your courses, you may need to adjust the overall Quality at which you publish your presentations. Here's how:

You should be able to have your pre-loader AND logo coexist. Have a look at the Screenr to learn how:
