Hi Megan! The file you download is a zipped folder which contains the .story file for Storyline 2, Storyline 3 and Storyline 360. Just unzip the folder after it's downloaded (if you're on a Windows PC do this by right-clicking on the zipped folder and clicking "Extract All"), and then double click on the file you want to open. Which version of Storyline do you have installed?
Megan, your timeline is terrific!!!!!! I am using it for a brief history of Instructional Design for a presentation project for a theories class I am taking - I was SO happy not to have to figure out how to do this -- THANK YOU -
OK I'm going to feel really stupid when you answer this but...
Where is the picture/background located? I can't find it on the timeline and I don't see it in the slide masters. I can't click on it on the slide so I'm guessing it's locked but I see nothing locked on the timeline.
