20 years of professional and managerial experience in the area of learning and development. He has led cross-functional web / learning 2.0 projects and teams in the development of complex training and development programs and strategies, and has consulted and developed programs for a variety of organizations within diverse industries including Microsoft, Sony, H-P, Intel, Symantec, Computer Associates, Boeing, A-B, Merck, HEB, Armstrong, MasterCard, AEP, AmerenUE, U.S. Navy, IRS, and Edward Jones. Jim holds a B.S. degree in Business and Sociology and an M.A. degree in Business Management. Jim was selected, by the governor of Missouri, as one of the first Certified Examiners on the Board of Examiners for the Missouri Quality Award. Jim has been an adjunct faculty member in the areas of Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resources for several years. In addition, Jim holds a Series 7 and Series 63 Securities License and is a Certified Instructional Systems Designer (CISD).
