    I retired as the Director of Training for a major airline and started my own business. I have been involved in all levels of training for the past 21 years, including 10 years of deveoping multimedia for airline pilots and mechanics. I'm not new at developing training, but I am new to Articulate and look forward to learning lots from E'Learning Heroes.
