I can't seem to publish a course with where my pictures that are placed in an engage module to open in a new window. I have re-entered the pictures and it doesn't work. If I put them in opening in the current window, they do open and work appropiately. Oh btw; I can not publish on articulate online, because of confidentiality.
Thanks for @jeanettebrooks, who recommended to post here.
Hi Rino, and welcome to Heroes! So you have enabled the Zoom Image option on your images, and you want them to open in a new window? Although that feature works fine for standalone Engage interactions, unfortunately there is a known issue when you add the Engage interaction to a course, and that's why you're seeing the unexpected behavior. The only workaround currently is to configure the images to zoom within the current window instead. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Jeanette,
I see your above response was posted almost a year ago. Has a workaround been developed since? I am experiencing the same issue as Rino.
Hey Jen! Did you see the fix in this article? (under the heading "Modify the flashcommand.js file"). There is a fix that involves downloading a new flashcommand.js file and copying it into the location specified in the article. This should take care of things for ya.
